England have stormed to a crushing victory over Oman in their must-win World Cup match, bowling out their opponents for just 47 in just 19 balls.

The victory gives England a much-needed boost to their net run-rate, which is now better than Scotland's. England now need to beat New Zealand in their final group match to progress to the semi-finals.

Adil Rashid was the star of the show for England, taking 4-11 with some mesmerising leg-spin. Chris Woakes also impressed, taking 3-15.

Oman never looked like threatening England's total of 173-8, and were bowled out in just 10.1 overs. It was England's best-ever bowling performance in a T20 World Cup.

The victory will give England a huge boost of confidence ahead of their must-win match against New Zealand on Tuesday.
